Ryan Webb is an experienced career strategist and MBA careers consultant with more than 20 years’ experience working across consultancy, construction, renewables, sustainability, health, defence, government, and the arts. In his current role, he leads targeted career initiatives, workshops, and recruitment campaigns that help MBA students and alumni build capability and navigate competitive global markets.
He has delivered high‑profile programs including assessment centres, and large‑scale industry engagement initiatives, and is known for building trusted, long‑term relationships across high‑growth sectors.
Alongside his professional career, Ryan brings a deeply personal perspective shaped by his experience as a dedicated husband supporting his wife through cervical cancer in 2012. Through their connection to Cherish and the success of Andreas Obermair, their family of 4 was made possible through medical innovation, a journey that continues to inform their commitment to resilience, empathy, and impact‑driven leadership for Cherish as a board member.
