Haidee joined the Board of Directors in 2015 initially in the capacity of Finance Director and member of the Finance and Audit Committee. She now takes responsibility for the Company Secretariat and associated governance functions. Her current professional role is Corporate Governance Partner at Right Source Pty Ltd and provides Not-for-Profit customers with advice and compliance services. Haidee also volunteers on the St Vincent de Paul State Finance Committee advising on finance and investment matters.

Previous to this Haidee operated in the global ASX technology industry in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer.

Her qualifications include Bachelor and Masters degrees in finance, completion of the CPA and AICD & GIA programs.

Haidee actively participates in fundraising activities and attendance at Cherish events which have become iconic in the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast raising significant funds for gynaecological cancer research and care.
