Anna is a General Counsel with over 20 years experience working for medium to large multinational and publicly listed companies. Her portfolio includes ASX listed companies, Megaport, Transpacific Industries Group and Suncorp Group and the privately owned Ray White and Loan Market group of companies.

Anna’s experience spans various practice areas including corporate and M&A, competition and consumer, franchising, data protection and privacy, intellectual property, employment and more. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and is admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Queensland, the High Court of Australia and the High Court of New Zealand.
