1. Open the free template.

3. Select ‘Open in Editor’ to get your own editable copy.
4. Drag and drop the image of the person you cherish into the photo placeholder.
5. To download, head to the top right corner and select Share → Download → Select your page(s) → Done → Download.
6. Upload to your social media channels using the hashtags #Shareacuppa, #Knowyourbody and #GCAM2026.
